Commercial Manager 

Reporting directly to the Managing Director

Roles & Responsibilities are detailed below & as stated are not limited to :

 

  • Managing all aspects of the Contracts business including deliver of existing frameworks. 
  • Managing a successful P&L which includes setting budgetsd & targets and providing monthly reports including sales numbers.
  • Must have broad experince and knowledge in gaining & running framework within the water M&E arena for utlity & municipal clients.
  • Ability to communicate and influence at senior managment and director level.
  • To drive & develop the existing team and benchmark performance on KPI's. Ensure team delivers a service which exceeds expectations by continually reviewing processes etc.
  • Open new business oppurtunities across multiple markets to increase revenue streams.
  • Develop and implement a system to review the existing customer base and establish approach to increase revenue within each region.
  • Attending Senior management meetings as and when required.
  • To implement and maintain a quotation progress system which can be used to monitor both quote number volume / conversion rates.
  • To ensure the team develop a good relationship with manufactures to gain market intelligence and drive down cost.
  • Ensure all teams utilize the existing knowledge within the company to develop new business and improve service.
  • Issue resolution i.e site problems.
