packaged pumping stations

A comprehensive range of application specific, easy to install packaged pumping stations provide solutions for most residential, industrial and storm water requirements.

All models are delivered to site ready for installation with level control floats or ultrasonic heads pre-installed, all pumps simply slide down the sump guide rails and automatically couple on the discharge stool. Isolation and non return valves are assembled within the risers or provided externally for inclusion within a valve chamber.

Once the excavation is completed in accordance with the installation guide provided the unit is positioned on a bed of concrete and the invert and discharge pipes are connected. The void is backfilled, the sump top covers can then be fitted and fixed.

Each packaged pump station is manufactured to ensure the minimum of on site work is required, The electrical connection of the pumps to the panel would be completed by ourselves should commissioning be required.

Small Bore Pumping

For smaller or remote residential and industrial applications small bore pumping is a cost effective option allowing waste to be macerated down to 5mm particles prior to being pumped through 50mm MDPE rising main. 

Assuming the pump lift is no more than 10 metres small bore pumping allows the packaged pumping station to deliver flows up to 900 metres away.

Clog Free Operation

For higher flows and more arduous applications a comprehensive range of packaged pumping stations are available, passing solids of up to 100mm. With a specifically designed sump bottom each unit has a self cleansing action as part of the normal operation of the station.
